Vendors: Wednesday, October 29, set up available from 3:00 to 7:00 pm.
Thursday, October 30, set up available from 6:00 to 8:00 am.
Thursday, October 28, Vendor Booths Open from 8:00 am. to 4:00 pm.
Friday, October 31, Vendor Booths Open from 8:00 am. to 10:40 am.

Vendor registration includes two registrations, a booth with a skirted table, and two chairs.
(X) - $375 WiRSA Member (Includes “2” registrants)
(X) - $900 Non-Member (Includes “2” registrants)
(X) - $75 total - Electricity Needed
***Electricity is an additional cost of $75.
***Please be advised that Associate members of WiRSA have the first opportunity to claim a booth, followed by previous year's booth holders, and then non-members.

Sponsor information

Your Logo will be displayed on conference materials.
You will also get an opportunity to choose an available booth location.
The sponsor banner is displayed at the conference, the WASB convention, and any other conference WiRSA attends as a vendor.
Table place cards/boards for designated meals/breaks/events.
Your Logo and link will be on the main page of our WiRSA website and in my weekly or bi-weekly updates until the next conference.
In addition, I can place a one-page informational page (supplied by you) next to your Logo.
Our WiRSA conference is designed to support our rural and town schools. Sponsorship is needed to help cover conference costs and bring our educators together for professional growth, connections, and collaboration.

Auction
To raise additional money for student scholarships for our member schools. We will have both a silent auction and a live auction. If you are able to support our scholarships with an auction item, it would be greatly appreciated.

Room Reservations (Holiday Inn Hotel & Convention Center):

Rate: $98.00 Single Occupancy State Rate - $120.00 Double Occupancy State Rate
Booking rooms is usually the first item on the agenda. WiRSA conference attendees can book reservations online 24 hours a day using the following link: WiRSA Conference 2025
If you want to make reservations over the phone, please call 715-344-0200 and press #1. When making reservations, please reference the group name for WiRSA Conference 2025 or the Group Block Code: RSA.
Our group rate will be available until September 29, 2025 or (until the block is full). On this date, any remaining rooms in your block will be released for general reservations at the hotel's prevailing daily rate, which may be higher than your group rate. Please book by 9/25/2025.

Our annual conference is intended for school administrators, teachers, board members, CESA employees, higher education professionals, college/grad students, public library administrators, elected officials, and any citizens interested in Wisconsin’s rural schools.
