Britni Walz serves as the Instructional Services and Educational Technology Director at CESA 4, leading the delivery of educational services and resources to empower educators and drive student success. With 14 years of experience in education, she is committed to academic excellence and growth. As a high school science teacher, she implemented PBIS and SAIG, laying the groundwork for holistic student development. As a middle school instructional coach and associate principal, she enhanced teaching practices and reshaped school culture through innovative educational strategies. Britni believes that AI in education can transform systems for the benefit of all, enhancing collective efficacy and success. Her expertise in educational technology is instrumental in driving systemic shifts necessary for the reinvention of educational practices, ensuring that both students and educators are well-prepared for the future.

Christy Tainter is a Professional School Counselor and Director of Academic and Career Planning at CESA 4 in West Salem, WI. With over a decade of experience as a high school counselor in rural Wisconsin, Christy has extensive knowledge of effective mental health and career programming. She provides advanced training in Academic and Career Planning, Career Readiness, and School-Based Mental Health. Christy believes that whether students are pursuing the world of work or continuing education post high school, they need to have technological literacy. She is passionate about preparing students for a future world enhanced by AI and technology in all sectors, integrating AI into education to better equip students for future success and transform the educational landscape.
